To reschedule or cancel your grooming appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain our schedule efficiently.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Rescheduling within this period is subject to availability and may also include a rescheduling fee.
